Biography

Manik Das is a contemporary Indian artist with a Master’s degree in Fine Art (2005). His practice blends physical painting with digital and AI-assisted processes to create phygital artworks. Exploring abstraction, symbolism, and human emotion, his work bridges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary digital culture.

Artist Statement

My practice fuses physical painting with digital and AI-assisted processes to create phygital artworks. Through abstraction and symbolic figuration, I explore transformation, nature, and human emotion. Layered textures and digital refinement allow my work to exist between tradition and contemporary digital culture.
