Information We Collect and Use
Mondoir FZ LLC uses account and contact details, order and enquiry information, payment-provider information and website usage information to provide services, fulfil orders, respond to enquiries and manage communications.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Where necessary to provide our services, we share relevant information with payment, delivery, hosting, email and AI service providers, and with the artist or seller fulfilling your order or enquiry, subject to appropriate safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We obtain consent where legally required; providing a service does not mean that every necessary provider disclosure requires separate consent.
Data Security
Our website and service API connections use HTTPS encryption in transit. Payment details are handled through our payment providers' secure systems. Public artwork listings and content you choose to publish are publicly accessible; encryption does not make published content private. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
On-site Artwork Assistant, Including Guests
The on-site artwork assistant is separate from the ChatGPT app integration and is available to guests as well as signed-in visitors. Your message, recent conversation history and relevant artwork details are sent to OpenAI to generate each reply. Do not enter sensitive personal or payment information. The visible conversation is held in page memory rather than saved as a conversation transcript in Mondoir's database; closing the panel alone does not erase it, but reloading or leaving the artwork page resets it. Guest visitor identifiers and usage counters support daily limits and are separate from message content. OpenAI may retain request data under its applicable API data-handling policies; disabling response storage is not a promise of zero provider retention.
ChatGPT App Integration
The ChatGPT app integration is separate from on-site artwork chat. Conversations on ChatGPT are governed by OpenAI's policies. Connecting your account can retrieve account profile, subscription status, orders, saved artworks and artist dashboard information when requested. Contact details provided for an enquiry are sent to Mondoir to respond.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information and opt out of marketing communications.
