How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to: process and fulfil your orders; communicate about purchases, shipments, returns, and customer service; deliver, maintain, and improve mondoir.art; verify identity and prevent fraud; comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations; and (with your consent) send marketing emails about new artworks, exhibitions, and gallery news. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.

Third Parties & Service Providers

We share personal data only with vetted service providers who act on our behalf and only as needed to deliver our services. These include: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (CDN, security, image delivery), OpenAI & Anthropic (AI-assisted features such as art valuation), Replit (hosting), Google Analytics (anonymised usage analytics), shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, Aramex and specialist fine-art couriers), and our accounting and legal advisors. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
