Mondoir (mondoir.art) is committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
You may return any eligible artwork within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at gm@mondoir.art or +971 (0) 4 834 3296 with your order number before the 14-day window closes.
Returned artworks must be in their original condition, unframed if shipped unframed, with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and documentation. Custom commissions, made-to-order prints, and personalised items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
If the artwork arrived damaged, defective, or shipped in error, Mondoir covers all return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Every original artwork sold on Mondoir is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. If an independent expert determines an artwork is not authentic, Mondoir will issue a full refund including all shipping costs.
