You can purchase artwork directly through our website at mondoir.art or in the Mondoir iOS app. Browse the Artworks or Shop section, select the piece you love, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Bitcoin for select artworks. For high-value acquisitions, please contact us for personalized assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others) through secure card payments processed by Stripe. For select artworks, we also accept Bitcoin via BTCPayServer. For large acquisitions or alternative payment arrangements, please contact our team directly.

Do you offer shipping internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and methods vary depending on the artwork size, value, and destination. All artworks are professionally packed to ensure safe transit. Insurance and tracking are included with every shipment. Specific shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted by our team for larger works.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the artwork, the destination, and customs clearance. In-stock original artworks ship from our gallery as soon as packing is complete. Larger works, sculptures, and crated shipments may require additional time for custom crating. Made-to-order prints follow the lead time stated on each product page. Every order includes tracking and updates.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?

Prices on mondoir.art are shown excluding customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for international destinations. Any duties or taxes assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are billed by the courier on delivery. We provide all required customs documentation and declared values to ensure smooth clearance.

Can I make an offer on an artwork?

Yes. Selected gallery-owned artworks accept offers directly through the artwork page. Offers are submitted with email verification and, when accepted, become legally binding. Look for the Make an Offer option on eligible artworks, or contact us for high-value negotiations.

Due to the unique nature of original artworks and limited editions, all sales on Mondoir are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except in cases where artwork arrives damaged in transit. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet been dispatched. Digital artworks and NFTs are non-refundable once delivered. Do you provide certificates of authenticity?

Yes, every artwork sold through Mondoir comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. For editioned works, the edition number is clearly documented. For digital artworks, blockchain provenance serves as verification of authenticity and ownership.

How does the Mondoir Partner Studio program work for artists?

Partner Studio is Mondoir's consignment program for vetted artists. Once accepted, you receive your own profile page, can list artworks for sale, set your own prices and shipping rates, and keep 90% to 92% of each sale depending on your membership tier.

What is the commission structure for Partner Studio?

Our gallery commission ranges from 8% to 10% depending on your membership tier — meaning artists keep 90% to 92% of each sale. Higher membership tiers unlock the lower commission rates. Artists set their own artwork prices and shipping costs, giving full control over your earnings.

What types of artwork do you accept?

We accept a wide range of contemporary artwork including paintings, sculptures, prints, photography, mixed media, and digital art. We are particularly interested in innovative work that pushes creative boundaries. Each application is reviewed by our curatorial team.

How do I get paid for my sales?

Partner Studio artists receive payments via international bank transfer or crypto. Once you complete your payout settings and verification, payments are processed after each successful sale, minus the platform commission. Artists can choose their preferred payout method in their dashboard.

Do you offer AI artist interviews?

Yes. Partner Studio artists can participate in our unique AI-powered interview program. Our AI conducts a professional voice interview about your artistic practice, inspirations, and career. The interview is then crafted into a polished blog article that helps promote your work and story to our collector community.

What membership plans are available for Partner Studio artists?

How does membership billing work?

All paid memberships are billed annually. Card payments auto-renew each year. Bitcoin payments require manual renewal. You can cancel anytime and keep access until your billing period ends. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations.

What is the verification badge and how do I get it?

The verification badge indicates your identity has been verified by our team. It builds trust with collectors and gives you priority in search results. Some membership plans include complimentary verification; otherwise, it can be purchased separately. Verification requires submitting identification documents through our secure verification process.

We analyze comparable auction sales and market trends to estimate fair market value, retail replacement value, and quick-sale value ranges. Each report includes detailed methodology and a unique verification code.

How does the valuation process work?

Submit your artwork details including artist name, dimensions, medium, and up to 10 high-quality images. Our system analyzes comparable auction sales using AI-powered visual analysis and market research. With a fast turnaround, you receive a comprehensive PDF report with value estimates, confidence scoring, and detailed methodology.

How much does a valuation cost?

Valuation reports are priced at $250 USD per artwork. You can also purchase valuation credits in advance for use when needed. Occasional promotional credits may be available.

Can I verify a valuation report?

Yes. Every valuation report includes a unique report number and QR code. You can verify any report at mondoir.art/valuation/verify by entering the report number.

What types of art can be valued?

We can value most types of fine art including paintings, prints, sculptures, photographs, and mixed media works. The accuracy of valuations depends on the availability of comparable sales for the artist. For artists with limited market history, valuations may carry higher uncertainty.

What is the Artwork Sourcing service?

Our Artwork Sourcing service at mondoir.art/sourcing helps collectors find specific artworks by particular artists. We access private collections, galleries, and auction houses in 40+ countries. Tell us which artist you are interested in and your budget range, and we will locate suitable works for your consideration.

How does artwork sourcing work?

Submit a sourcing request with your target artist and budget range. Our team searches our network, galleries, and auction sources for matching works. When we find suitable pieces, we present them as offers with full details, images, and condition reports. If you like an offer, you can proceed to purchase.

What are the fees for artwork sourcing?

We require a 5% refundable deposit of your maximum budget to begin sourcing. Upon successful acquisition, we charge a 3% service fee, with 2% of your deposit credited toward the purchase price. If sourcing is unsuccessful, your deposit is partially refundable per the terms of the sourcing contract, which accounts for the time invested in active research.

How long does it take to find artworks?

Timing varies depending on the artist and market availability. For established artists with active markets, we may find options within days or weeks. For rarer works, it may take longer. We will keep you updated on our progress.
