About Mondoir
Mondoir is a global online art platform and marketplace selling original paintings, sculptures, photography, prints, and editions by emerging and established artists. Mondoir also operates the Partner Studio consignment program, art valuation, sourcing, and consulting services.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) by default unless otherwise indicated. Shipping, insurance, and any applicable taxes or duties are calculated at checkout or at point of import.
Payment
Mondoir accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer for high-value works. Payments are processed by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 security.
Authenticity & Provenance
Every original artwork sold by Mondoir is guaranteed authentic and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. If an artwork is determined inauthentic as described, Mondoir will issue a full refund per our Return Policy.
Intellectual Property
Purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only. Copyright, reproduction rights, and moral rights remain with the artist. Commercial reproduction or promotional use of artist images requires separate written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
