Biography

My name is Julia, professionally known as J_SKY. I was born on March 16, 1992, and grew up in a deeply creative family — my grandfather is an honored artist. From an early age, art has been a natural and essential part of my life, shaping the way I see and interpret the world. I am trained as an interior designer and have studied monumental painting, disciplines that strongly influence my approach to composition, scale, and spatial harmony. I have completed more than ten interior design projects, translating artistic vision into real, lived environments. Alongside this practice, I actively work with oil on canvas and have participated in curated exhibitions with my physical paintings. For the past four years, I have been developing my career as a digital and NFT artist within the Web3 art space, while continuing to grow as a traditional painter. My work exists at the intersection of classical fine art and contemporary digital expression. By combining strong artistic foundations with new technologies, I create collectible works that aim to resonate emotionally, remain timeless, and connect meaningfully with collectors across both physical and digital worlds.

Artist Statement

My art is driven by a desire to create moments of curiosity and emotional warmth. Rather than telling a fixed story, I leave room for imagination, allowing each person to connect with the work in their own way. I want my art to spark interest, linger in memory, and evoke a sense of comfort and lightness. For me, creating is about sharing emotion - transforming personal sensitivity into visual experiences that feel intimate, uplifting, and quietly inspiring.
