In this painting, I present an abstract, geometric relief reminiscent of folded paper or origami. The surface consists of a strict grid of square planes, but each plane is subtly pleated, kinked, or bulged, creating a strong three-dimensional effect. Light and shadow play a key role: sharp folds catch the light, while deep folds cast soft shadows, suggesting movement within a fixed structure. The color palette is rich and warm, with orange, yellow, and pink interspersed with cool hues such as turquoise, blue, and purple. These colors don't blend together sharply, but seem to shift from plane to plane, as if each square carries its own emotion or temperature. Together, they form a harmonious yet vibrant whole.
