In this painting, I present a powerful optical illusion in which a sphere appears to float centrally in a square space. The entire composition is filled with repeating oval patterns in bright colors such as yellow, red, black, purple, and green. These patterns cover both the sphere and the surrounding walls, almost obscuring the distinction between object and background. The square frame creates the impression of depth, as if the viewer is looking into a tunnel or alcove within which the sphere is placed. The perspective and the continuous patterns make everything appear in motion, as if the space is breathing or pulsating inward. The sphere serves as a visual focal point and enhances the sense of three-dimensionality. The whole has a hypnotic, almost psychedelic quality.
