In this painting, I present an abstract and layered image of a male body, in which the physical is not literally represented but merges with color, structure, and symbolism. The torso is recognizable in outline but remains partially obscured by transparent layers, suggesting rather than explicitly showing the body. A regular grid overlies the silhouette, contrasting with the surrounding organic forms and flowing color planes. This grid functions as a visual barrier or filter, evoking associations with boundaries, order, and control. In contrast, leaf-like shapes and paint textures penetrate and merge with the body, referencing nature, growth, and transience. The use of color is intense and warm: a dominance of yellow, orange, and red alternates with green, blue, and purple accents. These colors give the body an inner glow and emphasize both strength and vulnerability. The light seems not to originate from outside, but to radiate from the body itself. The work balances between body and landscape, human and environment. Here, the male body becomes not an object, but a bearer of experience and identity. The layering invites reflection: what is visible, what is shielded, and how people relate to structure, nature and themselves.
