Flower Bloom by Irina Anis Explore Mondoir Studio Medium: Oil on board Dimensions: 60 x 40 cm Year: 2026 Price: $380.00 USD Status: available Flower Bloom captures the delicate energy of spring in full awakening. Through soft transitions of color and expressive brushwork, the painting reflects the moment when nature unfolds into light and renewal. The blooming flower becomes a symbol of growth, tenderness, and new beginnings, inviting the viewer to experience the freshness and quiet joy of the season Why collect this work?Flower Bloom holds its flowers at the edge of recognition: clustered, dark-centred forms gather below an open, pale field, making emergence rather than botanical description its central subject. Anis states that her practice connects atmosphere with emotion and aims for warmth. Here, that intention is carried by an airy composition, although the dark upper-left passage keeps the mood from becoming uniformly cheerful. In the photograph, denser pink blooms anchor the left while smaller yellow and violet forms spread unevenly across the lower half. Their interrupted contours make the garden appear to assemble and disperse at once. The documented oil-on-board medium permits both opaque accents and softened transitions. These contrasting capacities distinguish several flower heads from the surrounding haze without fully separating figure from ground. At 60 by 40 cm, this 2026 painting concentrates a broad garden impression within a modest format. It is particularly useful for considering how contemporary floral painting can suspend identification between observed bloom, colour field and recollection.
