Bright Landscape by Irina Anis Explore Mondoir Studio Medium: Oil on canvas Dimensions: 80 x 80 cm Year: 2025 Price: $1700.00 USD Status: available I created this bright landscape to capture the energy and warmth of nature in its most vibrant form. My goal was to convey a joyful, uplifting atmosphere through bold colors and simple, expressive shapes. Why collect this work?Bright Landscape compresses a coastal view into interlocking colour fields, holding spatial depth and graphic flatness in productive tension. Anis states that she seeks emotional warmth through simplified form and colour. Here, the high-key palette supports that aim, while the controlled arrangement gives the scene more structure than spontaneity. In the photograph, branching trunks frame the left edge, and diagonals connect the white house, orange shoreline and small sailboat. Overlapping hills suggest distance, but their firm contours keep attention near the painted surface.Catalogued as oil on canvas, the 80 x 80 cm painting is organised through broad, bounded areas with little internal modelling. Oil can accommodate both layered and direct handling; here, the visible result prioritises separation and chromatic contrast.Dated 2025, this work makes a useful comparison with landscapes that pursue naturalistic recession. Its recognisable coast repeatedly resolves into pattern, making the construction of scenery its central subject. About the ArtistIrina Anis Irina Anis is an artist on Mondoir Studio.
