Torn papers, textures collected from urban and organic environments, and colour interventions form a dense grid that structures the composition while allowing multiple visual narratives to coexist. Veil of Dreams presents a fragmented female portrait that slowly emerges through a mosaic of small squares. The image is partially concealed, as if seen through a screen or a mental filter, where identity is suggested rather than fully revealed. Skin, eyes, lips, flowers, and abstract marks appear and disappear across the surface, creating a sense of intimacy interrupted by distance. The grid functions as a veil—both protective and obstructive—inviting the viewer to look closer while accepting that the image will never fully resolve. The work explores the space between reality and imagination, where memories, desires, and perceptions overlap. Bright colours and delicate organic details contrast with worn textures and urban traces, reinforcing the tension between softness and disruption.
