Another day by Yuser Explore Mondoir Studio Medium: Acrylic on Paper Dimensions: 35 x 40 cm Year: 2023 Price: $1000.00 USD Status: available Acrylic on paper, 35×40 cm 2023 Why collect this work?A folded figure nearly closes into a single dark shape, making rest appear inseparable from spatial pressure and bodily effort. The artist profile identifies Yuser Fatena as trained in architecture and says his practice shifted from urban space toward lived human experience. That background clarifies the painting’s emphasis on how a body occupies a confined field. In the photograph, bent limbs circle the lowered head while the torso merges with the dark ground. Lighter passages on the face, forearm, hand and foot preserve the figure’s legibility but do not release it from its enclosure. The documented acrylic on paper permits opaque dark masses alongside visible directional marks. Curving strokes follow the clothing and surrounding field, binding figure and setting through a shared movement rather than sharply separating them.Dated 2023, Another day gives its ordinary title a difficult physical counterpart. The work supports sustained consideration of rest as an ambiguous condition that may hold shelter, fatigue and confinement at once. About the ArtistYuser Yuser is an artist on Mondoir Studio.
