Biography
ShadiShaay is a visual artist and designer based in Italy. Her creative journey began at the age of four with nothing but a bedroom wall as her canvas and has evolved beautifully ever since. After minting and selling immediately her first NFT in May 2021, her work has graced global exhibitions, including in NFT Bitcoin Conference 2021, Art Basel, Seoul, Singapore, Beijing, Miami, NFT NYC, and various Cryptovoxels and Spatial group displays. ShadiShaay currently works as a freelance illustrator, bringing her vision to personal and editorial projects.
Artist Statement
The natural world around her serves as a constant source of inspiration. She celebrates femininity and mental health, utilizing her work as a powerful voice to inspire, encourage, and heal. Her illustrative work explores the power of symbols, colors, flow, and the contrast between movement and stillness within human and natural forms. Through this visual language, ShadiShaay transforms complex emotions into captivating imagery works that are both functional and visually appealing.
