Sisterly Solidarity- an allegory of a supportive system. This piece is the representation of the bond between the female kinship captured with the essence of trust, support, mutual serenity, and timeless sanctuary in the female world. Each figure's expression drives an intimacy even in silence, an interconnected aura symbolising rich and collective growth and healing. Sisterly Solidarity was an inspiration that came from the transformative potential of women in my society, a captivating blend of imagery and symbolism of the feminine energy that each woman who surrounds me begets. The painting was made to subject my audience to see women as a pillar that is endowed with beauty, strength, empathy and unwavering support in a world full of adverse.
