Biography

Tunisian-born, Dubai-based artist whose work is fueled by a lifelong, innate talent for painting—a gift that has been my primary mode of expression since birth. After years of honing my craft and developing a reputation for the meticulous customization of high-end bags and personal belongings for an elite clientele, I have transitioned into a full-time commitment to my fine art practice. This evolution marks a new chapter where I channel my entire life experience into my canvases. I am defined by a unique fusion of high-fashion sensibility and raw urban grit, notably incorporating real one-dollar bills into my works. I deliberately choose the one-dollar bill because, like my art, every piece I create is a "1 of 1"—a unique, limited work that cannot be repeated. Today, I operate in a showroom and gallery in Dubai, where I continue to push the boundaries of pop-art and visual storytelling.

Artist Statement

My work is a deeply personal narrative, bridging the gap between nostalgic innocence and the relentless drive of the modern "hustle". I use my art as a medium to merge profound life experiences with the iconic imagery of classic Disney characters, reimagining these familiar figures to tell complex stories of ambition, struggle, and human aspiration. By painting directly onto real one-dollar bills, I anchor these ephemeral stories in the reality of the material world. I select this specific medium to mirror the nature of my practice: just as each bill is unique, every piece I create is a "1 of 1"—limited, singular, and impossible to replicate. My practice is an exploration of tension between the precious nature of the luxury goods I have long customized and the bold, street-style aesthetic of my paintings. Through this process, I am not just creating art; I am externalizing a lifetime of observation, emotion, and an unwavering commitment to storytelling, inviting the viewer to find their own reflection within the dialogue of the piece.
