Biography

Josh picked up the pencil at the age of nine. He was captivated by his father sketching a portrait. Josh said, "Dad, I want to draw just like you!" "No Master Joshua! You can do better!" His father responded. Self-taught with reverence for the craft and a deep connection to the unseen threads of life, Josh creates bespoke works that awaken the senses and stir the soul. Each piece is a reflection of his devotion to authenticity, a visual meditation on the kismet connections that shape our human experience. His art doesn’t just speak—it resonates. A graduate of George Brown College with a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Josh remains deeply committed to his community, mentoring emerging artists and guiding new alumni with the same encouragement he once received. With humility and power, he continues to create from a place of abundance, gratitude, and unwavering purpose.

Artist Statement

Art, to me, is a sacred playground where the spirit of creation dances freely—where tradition whispers to innovation, and imagination leads the way. Each stroke, each sculpted form, is guided by divinity, unfolding in the present moment, untethered by convention. Every piece I create is a living conversation, woven from authenticity and intention—a luminous offering that speaks its own truth while remaining deeply personal. Art is both timeless and intimate, an alchemy of elegance and fearless exploration. Whether awakening a fresh perspective or calling someone to embrace their purest essence, I believe art is the manifestation of one’s truest self—a bridge between beauty and boundless expression, not merely an object, but an experience that lingers in the soul.
