Biography
I am a visual artist whose practice revolves around exploring the symbolic connection between human disorientation and nature. I have been drawn to art from an early age, driven by curiosity about my surroundings and the human experience within the world. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Postgraduate diploma in Graphic Design, and over the years, I have trained through self-directed practice, experimenting with traditional and mixed-media painting, developing a deeply personal and contemplative approach. My artistic journey has been one of continuous exploration—investigating presence, environment, and the inner search for meaning—and is now focused on creating a cohesive series that reflects these themes.Artist Statement
My work explores the symbolic relationship between human disorientation and nature. I am interested in how contemporary life creates a sense of uncertainty and how this can be expressed through visual language. Using traditional and mixed-media painting, I aim to capture moments of presence and reflection, allowing viewers to experience the tension, fragility, and wonder of our connection to the natural world. My practice is experimental and process-driven, focusing not only on the final visual outcome but also on the symbolic and conceptual layers embedded in the work. Through my art, I invite contemplation on how humans navigate their inner and outer environments, and how nature can act as both a mirror and a guide for understanding ourselves.Exhibitions
