Canadian artist FVCKRENDER (Frédéric Duquette) is known for his crystalline, hyper-idealized digital worlds bridging sculpture, design, and CGI, and where light behaves like sculptural matter. Born in Montréal in 1991 and now based in Vancouver, he began rendering after a 2016 bike accident, and transformed recovery into a daily self-taught practice of building light-soaked, futuristic architectures and figurative forms. His images are both dazzling and meditative—sleek metals, translucent minerals, roses, and chains arranged with surgical clarity—and turn illumination into material, staging symbols of resilience and desire. A digitally native voice shaped by community as much as authorship, FVCKRENDER’s work circulates across screens, objects, and immersive installations, resonating with a generation that forged its own visual language online. Beyond the studio, FVCKRENDER created ambitious experiential pieces and collaborated with cultural leaders across music, fashion, and sport.
