With more than two decades of experience across painting, drawing, animation, and graphic design, Farhad brings refined visual sensitivity and a strong conceptual foundation to the gallery’s leadership.

He oversees strategic planning and guides the gallery’s creative direction, shaping its vision and long-term artistic development. His leadership is defined by thoughtful decision-making, a deep commitment to artists, and a focus on cultivating a dynamic environment that connects regional and international contemporary art.

He is a member of ICOM (International Council of Museums) and contributes actively to the UAE’s cultural landscape through both his multidisciplinary practice and his role at Mondoir Gallery.

Zahra Habibizad is the Art Director of Mondoir Gallery with more than two decades of experience in curating, museum work, and art management. She has led major exhibitions, managed art collections, and developed cultural programs across both institutional and independent settings.

Zahra directs the gallery’s artistic vision, oversees exhibition planning, and manages projects that support the gallery’s growth and professional standards. Her background includes leading archival and museum initiatives, team management, and contributing to the development of cultural infrastructures.

She has been a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) since 2010.

Bala brings over 10 years of experience in banking and financial management, with a strong focus on operational stability, risk oversight, and sustainable growth. Bala ensures Mondoir’s financial structure is disciplined, efficient, and aligned with the gallery’s long-term strategy. His expertise provides the foundation that supports Mondoir’s expansion across art, technology, and global partnerships.

With more than a decade of experience in executive consulting, international business management, and high-level marketing, including successful tenures across North America (Canada and the US) and the Middle East. Shery brings a sophisticated, strategic consultancy approach to the art world. Her expertise is further amplified by her role as a Professor of Marketing and Business and her specialization in leveraging AI and emerging technologies for competitive advantage.

A key figure and contributor in the cultural sector, Shery has successfully orchestrated numerous high-profile art events in the region. Her professional foundation is uniquely enriched by her roots as a former practicing artist, providing a rare, invaluable connection between strategic vision and the creative process.

Mostafa brings deep experience across Web3, crypto ecosystems, and high-end community building, particularly within the luxury goods sector. Mostafa drives strategic partnerships, market expansion, and ecosystem growth, connecting Mondoir with forward-thinking brands, collectors, and cultural innovators. His ability to merge technology, luxury, and community makes him a key force in shaping Mondoir’s global outreach and long-term vision.

Atta's background spans technology, finance, and design-led industries. He began his career at Iran Internet Group across sales, operations, and quality control. From 2020 to 2024 he served as CFO for Dubai-based payment service companies. He then held the role of CFO at Dossuelo Interior Design. Atta brings a sharp multidisciplinary approach that strengthens Mondoir’s technical vision and operational structure.
